Elegant nose with tropical hint and sweet smoke. Silky texture with a core of saline minerals. Noticed acidity and freshness which gives a wonderful drinkability.

It is completely dry with approximately 14%vol alcol produced only from natural sugar from grapes.

VINIFICATION
Harvest: Manual in small boxes in end of August
Elaboration: Whole grapes crushing and soft pressing. Cold clarification just by gravity. Separation free run juice and press juice. Fermentation in oak barrels where wine remains for about eight months. After that the wines are assembled. No malolactic fermentation. Bentonite clarification and gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
