Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Lively and very delicate nose with citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Spicy notes with balsamic and mentholated hints. In the mouth it is precise, full and fat with a good freshness and a marked and evident acidity. Very long with character.

Harvest: Manual in boxes, last week of August.
Elaboration: Light crushing of whole grapes, soft pressing with a yield of must around 50%. Fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques for 8 months. Clarification after blending. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Further ageing in the bottle for at least 4 – 5 months.
