Elegant nose with a tropical hint and sweet smoke. Silky texture with a core of saline minerals. Incredible length and freshness.

It is completely dry with approximately 14%vol alcol.

VINIFICATION

Harvest: Manual in small boxes in 1st half of September.

Elaboration: Whole grapes crushing and soft pressing. Cold stabilization just by gravity. Separation free run juice and press juice. Fermentation in oak barrels where wine remains for about 10 months. After that the wines are assembled. Malolactic fermentation partly done. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
