Straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Very elegant nose with spicy aromas and candied fruit with a background of white pepper. Very full and powerful in the mouth, with a good balance between freshness and minerality that makes it long and persistent.

VINIFICATION
Harvest: Manual in small boxes at the end of August.
Elaboration: Whole grapes soft crushing and soft pressing with yields around 60%. Fermentation and maturation in used French oak barrels for about 10 months. Clarification after blending. Malolactic fermentation not done. Bottle maturation at least 4-5 months.
